Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports that the Bears brought in nine players for tryouts on Monday including DB V’Angelo Bentley, DB Forrest Hightower, DB Dwayne Hollis, DB Rashaad Reynolds, DB Mitchell White, LB Taiwan Jones, LB Frank Beltre, DE Jeoffrey Pagan and DE Mike Rose.
Reynolds, 25, originally signed on with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon State back in 2014. The Jaguars elected to waive him at the start of the 2015 season but later signed him to their practice squad.
Jacksonville elected to bring Reynolds back on a future/reserve contract in January only to cut him loose this past June. The Lions signed him to a contract soon after but he was unfortunately among their early roster cuts.
Reynolds has yet to appear in an NFL game.
